Dr. Dimitrios Lytras is an Assistant Professor of Physiotherapy at the International Hellenic University in Greece and a clinical physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and chronic pain management. His academic and clinical work focuses on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and evidence-based physiotherapy practice.

For the past five years, he has been teaching Physical Agents and Electrotherapy at the Department of Physiotherapy of the International Hellenic University, with particular emphasis on the clinical application and therapeutic effects of modern rehabilitation technologies, including radiofrequency therapy, electrical stimulation, magnetic field therapies, and Functional Magnetic Stimulation (FMS).

His research activity focuses on the integration of advanced electrotherapy technologies with manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation for musculoskeletal disorders, chronic pain, and sports rehabilitation. He has authored publications in international scientific journals and regularly participates in scientific conferences and educational workshops.
