Jure graduated in 2009 from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, where he also obtained his PhD in Biomedical Engineering. His passion lies in research and development, with a focus on transmembrane and intradermal delivery, therapeutic ultrasound modalities, and high-intensity magnetic fields for neuromuscular stimulators.

He is the author of scientific articles and international patents in the field of medical devices and technologies.

Since 2020, Jure Jelenc has served as General Manager of Iskra Medical, a role he continues to hold today.
